KAM (Macau) Hearing Speech Centre is designed as a professional audiological, hearing aid fitting and rehabilitation centre, which adopts both professional- and consumer-oriented approach to provide geographical accessibility to our existing clients who reside in Macau, Taipa and Zuhai.
Phonak (Causeway Bay) Hearing Centre was set up on 1st August 2005.
Phonak (Tsuen Wan) Hearing Centre was set up on 28th August 2004.
KAM Hearing Technology Services Centre was set up on 24th May 2003. The centre occupies an area of 1300 sq. feet and all work procedures strictly follow the international standard for conducting hearing aid, earmould and ITE hearing aid production, etc.
KAM (Guangzhou) Hearing Centre, was established in 1999. It is one of the hearing centres with the highest professional standard in the Guangdong Province. Our dedicated professional team comprises audiologists, hearing instrument specialists, hearing aid repair technicians and so forth to use state-of-the-art hearing instruments for the provision of professional services, including hearing tests for adults and children, high-quality hearing aids and hearing assistive devices.
In 1995, Phonak Hong Kong embarked on another wave of expansion and set up a branch on 24th February 1995, in Tsimshatsui to serve the hearing impaired population from Kowloon and the New Territories and to accommodate additional staff from a team of 4 to a staff force of 38 including audiologists, engineers, technicians, speech consultant, and supporting teams.
With an increase in demand for services, Phonak Hong Kong Centre was later relocated to a larger premises at Asia Standard Tower in Central and equipped with the most advanced testing equipment.
Phonak Hong Kong Hearing Centre, first started on 25 November 1986. In the early years, Phonak HK situated at the Central Ruttonjee Building with two testing rooms, one earmould lab, a technical repair area and four team members.
