Phonak Hearing Centre Hong Kong, managed by KAM Healthcare Group, first started on 25 November 1986 as a joint venture (subsidiary company) between the internationally renowned hearing instrument manufacturer Phonak AG, Switzerland and Asia's leading audiologist Mr. KAM Ping-kay. Over the years, Phonak Hong Kong always insisted a belief that successful hearing health service is not just providing a hearing aid, but also requires quality service, reliability, efficiency, and excellent professional support. Phonak (Shatin) Hearing Centre started to provide service on 8th February 2021.

2020

Phonak Central branch has relocated to Units 402 and 403, Lee Kum Kee Central, 54-58 Des Voeux Road Central, Hong Kong since January 2020.

2018

KAM Hearing Health Guangzhou Centre expansion.

2017

Phonak Paediatric Hearing & Speech Centre is the first private centre in Asia to receive the Phonak Certified Centre title from Sonova Group.

2016

KAM (Wanchai) Hearing Health Centre was set up in 2016.

KAM (Shenzhen) Hearing Centre, was established in 2016.

2015

Phonak (Tsuen Wan) Hearing Centre expansion.

2009

KAM (Macau) Hearing & Speech Centre is designed as a professional audiological, hearing aid fitting and rehabilitation centre, which adopts both professional- and consumer-oriented approach to provide geographical accessibility to our existing clients who reside in Macau, Taipa and Zuhai.

2005

Phonak (Causeway Bay) Hearing Centre was set up on 1st August 2005.

2004

Phonak (Tsuen Wan) Hearing Centre was set up on 28th August 2004.

2003

KAM Hearing Technology Services Centre was set up on 24th May 2003. The centre occupies an area of 1300 sq. feet and all work procedures strictly follow the international standard for conducting hearing aid, earmould and ITE hearing aid production, etc.

1999

KAM (Guangzhou) Hearing Centre, was established in 1999. It is one of the hearing centres with the highest professional standard in the Guangdong Province. Our dedicated professional team comprises audiologists, hearing instrument specialists, hearing aid repair technicians and so forth to use state-of-the-art hearing instruments for the provision of professional services, including hearing tests for adults and children, high-quality hearing aids and hearing assistive devices.

1995

In 1995, Phonak Hong Kong embarked on another wave of expansion and set up a branch on 24th February 1995, in Tsimshatsui to serve the hearing impaired population from Kowloon and the New Territories and to accommodate additional staff from a team of 4 to a staff force of 38 including audiologists, engineers, technicians, speech consultant, and supporting teams.

1990

With an increase in demand for services, Phonak Hong Kong Centre was later relocated to a larger premises at Asia Standard Tower in Central and equipped with the most advanced testing equipment.

1986

Phonak Hong Kong Hearing Centre, first started on 25 November 1986. In the early years, Phonak HK situated at the Central Ruttonjee Building with two testing rooms, one earmould lab, a technical repair area and four team members.
