As long as you have successfully fitted a hearing aid at our center, regardless of model or grade, you will receive $250 Peak Reward Points for each unit.

Depending on the number of hearing aids fitted at our center, the accumulated peak reward will increase accordingly. Fengqian does not need to register separately or keep receipts yourself, as Fengli Macau properly maintains each customer's fitting records.

How do you use 'Feng Reward Money'?
When you need to upgrade or replace your hearing aid, the accumulated Feng reward can be used directly as cash, instantly deducting the selling price.

There is a limit to the maximum Peak Reward Credit you can use for fitting new hearing aids, with a maximum of $500 per device

If you get fitted with a new hearing aid, you can deduct up to $500 from the Peak Cash; If you fitted two new hearing aids at the same time, you can use each up to a maximum of $1,000 Peak Reward for a maximum discount, helping you enjoy a better hearing experience at a more affordable price.

All past prescriptions are included, and each appointment can become a lifetime cash rebate!
Simply fitting hearing aids at our center grants a peak reward with unlimited accumulation and permanent validity. Since Phonak Hong Kong has been operating, all hearing aid fitting records are fully included in Phonak reward calculations and are based on the company's client files. Whether it's the entry-level models tested in early years or the high-end models upgraded in recent years, you can continue to accumulate peak reward money.

In the future, when you get a new hearing aid, simply show your Peak Reward card, and the center staff will immediately check and deduct the available Peak Reward funds, and explain the relevant terms in detail, so every fitting is converted into a real rebate.

Whether long-term loyal customers or new customers, all hearing aid fitting records recorded since operation in 2009 in Phonak Macau will be fully included in the Fung reward calculation!
